Terms and Conditions

• Membership Duration: Memberships are available in 12-month terms only. Early termination is subject to review and may incur fees.
• Payment: Monthly payments are processed through GoCardless direct debit and are due on the 28th of each month for the month ahead.
• Yearly product supply: calculated and based on manufacturer usage and will be received throughout the year. maximum 6x pre cleanse and dynamic skin recovery will be supplied.
• Treatment Scheduling: Monthly treatments must be scheduled in advance. Unused treatments do not roll over to the following month.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that month's treatment.
• Exclusive Discounts: The 10% discount on retail products applies to in-stock items only and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Gift Vouchers: The birthday voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for specified treatments and products only.
• Upgrade Options: Special member-only rates for upgrade options are available during the monthly treatment session only and cannot be carried over.
• Membership Renewal: Memberships will automatically renew for another term unless cancelled in writing 30 days before the end of the current term.
• Changes to Membership Terms: The Skin Health Studio reserves the right to modify membership terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

Booking Confirmation

 You will receive a confirmation email or message once your booking is confirmed.

Deposits and payments 

A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. 

For courses of treatments, the deposit will be the full cost of your first session. 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge. 

Late arrivals 

If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you. However your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients and the full service fee will be applied.

Appointment Cancellations

 I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost (the deposit paid at booking) This fee covers the time and resources allocated to your appointment 

No-Show

If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service will be charged
